This policy explains what personal data Dime Dime Baby Generator ("Dime Dime Baby Generator", "we") collects when you use dimedimebabygenerator.com, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the Service, and we don't sell your data.

• Account data: your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
• Your content: the photo you upload and the videos we produce for you.
• Billing data: Payments are processed by Stripe Managed Payments, our merchant of record. We never see your full card details; we receive your email, what you bought, the payment status and transaction IDs.
• Usage and technical data: your credit history, requests (status, timing), IP address, browser type and error logs, used to run the Service, prevent abuse and fix problems.

2. How we use it

• To produce your results and keep your history available.
• To manage your account and credits, and to prevent abuse and fraud.
• To provide support and send important account messages (no marketing unless you opt in).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we don't sell or rent your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

• AI model providers: your photo is sent to the AI video model that produces your video.
• Stripe: payment processing and billing.
• Google Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies (pages visited, device and approximate location; IP anonymized).
• Hosting, database and email providers: to run the Service and send account emails.
• Authorities: when the law requires it.

These providers may process data outside your country, including the United States, with appropriate safeguards where required.

4. How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos: deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
• Your videos, account data and history: while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of closing it (you can delete it yourself on the account page).
• Billing and credit records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent and complain to your data protection authority. Email support@dimedimebabygenerator.com from the address on your account; we reply within 30 days. We don't sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

7. Children

The Service is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
